The recent Charleston South Carolina massacre, police shooting of unarmed victims, and Rachel Dolezal issues with self-acceptance and identity have erupted emotions of anger and hate. It is not going to be easy but we must try to conquer hate with love. As African Americans we're asking to be treated with the same respect and dignity as other races; and It is not acceptable to be treated as second or third class citizens when our ancestors helped to build this country. In our quest for equality we have to remember other groups and people are being treated in a similar deplorable manner. We may have a difference in morals, beliefs, and religion but remember love does conquer all. Love because brings light to a dark situation and there is no confusion in love. Answer the questions below or leave a comment I would love to hear your feelings on the topic.
